Ultimately, other sensory stimuli help in the process of promoting a fulfilling romp in the sack. First that comes to mind is mood. Feel low and sex becomes a chore if it comes at all. Feel high and you are encouraged to push the limits of sexual adventurism and exploration.
So I've come up with this column - MOOD BOOSTERS - based on what my readers tell me helps to perk them up. It more often than not, ends the day with them feeling a little more receptive to sex. Well, look at it this way. If there is no sex on the cards, you still get them endorphins flowing through your mind and body - more than enough to lift the soul.
I've received lots of emails asking how to go about enjoying sex so I thought I'd share what others do to get in the mood. Just remember though, what works for one does not mean that it will necessarily work for another. But in today's stressful world, you have to admit that increasing your options is always a plus. Enjoy!

"I'm usually very passive at work. While I am comfortable that way, once in a while, when I really feel down, I just speak out. Speaking my mind is a wonderful self-esteem booster and it gets me all upbeat until I arrive at the office the next day. Sometimes, it's as little as making my opinions heard for anything - work related or a news article."
