I post it as it is so let's explore a little deeper.
I doubt if any girls, Singaporean or otherwise, would give a blowjob while driving. It would really be a swell trick if she could, wouldn't it? But nonetheless, a reckless thing to do especially since your eyes are not on the road but buried in her passenger's crouch.
More likely, I think it is describing a Singaporean woman giving a blowjob to a guy who is behind the wheel. That makes sense.
I've tried that in Australia, US and here in Singapore and I'll have to tell you that it is a lot easier, if you are the conscious sort living in a conservative society, to do it Down Under and in the US.
I mean even within the city limits at different times of the day or night, you can drive along or stop at the traffic lights and not worry about any other vehicle pulling up beside you for long stretches. And if you talk about long-drawn journeys from one town to the next, hell you could straddle or if flexible enough, do a 69 in an open-top without so much as passing a horse-cart for miles.
With all-day heavy traffic in Singapore, forget about it. Traffic stops are like 100m apart and buses are ever present. So you will get an audience and if the wrong kind, a ticket to appear in court. That's Singapore for you but in a way its good for the young ones. They don't need to witness such things from their school bus window. They can get that on the Internet.
The last part of the phrase takes the kick though. All this while in a truck? Well, maybe it might be a better option but still over here, with many double-decker buses plying the roads, that too might be quite risque. The big question remains, how does this set of words land someone to Missus Singapore?
