MOOD BOOSTERS

Here is a sex mood booster tip sent in by Samantha Grogan, a nutritionist from Smittown (didn't mention the country). She talks about alcohol's affect's on her body.

"I love having a drink every now and then but when I have a little too much, I just don't feel in the mood for sex. It's more of a warm and sleepy feeling I get. So if I know my hubby is up for some action that night, I will space myself out.

"Let's say we plan to get down to things around 10 at night, around dinner time (at 7pm), I'd have a glass of wine (max two) to get my body warmed up. After dinner, I'd have another glass and then followed by a luke warm shower. By the time I am out of the shower, my body feels really up for it.

"This has worked for me and I've asked several women I know to try it out and they too have experienced similar effects. The thing is to regulate your alcohol intake and allow it time to settle throughout your body, especially around the erogenous zones. If you take it too much at one go, your body may not be able to cope and then your whole body will feel that way which diminishes the effect on your erogenous zones.

"The trick is to know how your body responds to wine or alcohol and pace it out. It takes some practice and discipline but it will really raise your moods for sure!"

MS: Yes, this might work but as you mentioned, discipline is the key here because for me, one glass is seldom enough. I'd always say another won't hurt. Let me try it and get back to you. I love sex experiments.
